A must have dining experience in the area. We came with another couple on a Saturday night and we had a wonderful time. It’s a small restaurant with a very present chef owner. Our waiter Eddy was very overwhelmed early in the evening as it’s lightly staffed. Don’t come here in a rush but if you want to span time chatting with friends or your spouse do make this your spot! 3 of the four of us ordered the prime rib, I got mine medium rare and wished it was rare as my friends was. This is Australian beef and it’s delicious. Stefano is old school and it comes through in every bite. Everyone was thrilled with their meals and the portion sizes were generous. The seafood risotto that my husband got was phenomenal, so creamy and well stocked with seafood. Do come here, you won’t be disappointed and if you’re lucky you’ll get to spend some time with the owner at the end of the night as we did.

We had an amazing dinner last night at Stefano’s . I ordered a Chicken Parm that wasn’t even on the menu, and it was made with fresh chicken, absolutely delicious! Another highlight was the lobster bisque with puff pastry. The portion was generous, enough for my husband and me to share, and it even had a big piece of lobster inside. The flavor was just right—not overly salty like many places. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever had a good puff pastry lobster bisque in Canada and this one was outstanding! To top it off, the owner surprised us with a freshly made souffle. It was a thoughtful gesture and incredibly satisfying. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality, and I’ll definitely be bringing my family here next time!

What an incredible birthday dinner we had last night at Stefano's. It was our first visit but definitely not our last. This is world class dining with respect to flavour, presentation, serving size and very reasonably priced. Excellent service from our waiter Steven (Stephen?). Started with a bottle of Sangiovese and charbroiled Calamari. Main course for my wife was the Dungeness crab risotto while I chose the smoked duck breast. Both done to perfection with great attention to presentation. We finished with dessert. I had the apple crumble cheesecake and my wife enjoyed a complimentary slice of 2 layer chocolate cake as it was her birthday. Well done Stefano's. Beaverton is fortunate to have such a fine dining establishment in a small town.

Highly recommend! 5 stars! The place was amazing! The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!! The gentleman that was our server Steven was outstanding!!! Absolutely our pleasure of having him take care of us this evening and he 100% went above and beyond for our family/work Christmas dinner! The meal was spread out perfectly it was an amazing evening I cannot say enough good things about the food and service! Even my two daughters who often are picky eaters were amazed with all their food they chose this evening! Even suggestions by Steven and he was so caring towards them to make sure they had what they needed! Oh and the dessert! Best creme brule! Seriously highly recommend!

Stefano's came highly recommended so my wife and I gave it a try. Wow. A very memorable dining experience. Steven Ng, owner/chef is very skilled and meticulous in his food preparation and presentation. We started with the grilled Calamari. Nice char, very tender and a spot on balsamic reduction glaze. Next came the pizza, thin crispy crust with tomato, red peppers, mozzarella and goat cheese topped with fresh arugula. Really good. Main course, suggested by Chef was Ossobuco with risotto and medley of grilled vegetables. Very tender veal with a rich sauce. Chef was kind enough to split the serving because we were sharing. Food taste is comparable to 5 star downtown restaurants at a much lower price. If you are in Simcoe County, Stefano's is a must try.

Amazing food quality with fresh ingredients! I especially love the crab risotto, lamb racks and calamari. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

What a wonderful surprise to find this gem in a small town of Beaverton! We decided last minute to go out for dinner Sunday evening and due to lack of choices of restaurants being opened Sundays, we ended up in Beaverton. The place is cozy, and comfortable for three of us to sit and enjoy the meal. We could not hear anybody’s conversation drifting into ours, even though the restaurant had many people enjoying their meals. The food was freshly cooked to our liking and it took about 30 minutes or so, well worth the wait. Our appetizers were served very quickly. Wine was served at the right temperature. All in all we were very pleased with our meals and had a fabulous time. It was one of our best dinning experiences in a while. Thank you STEFANO’S for making our dinning experience so great!

The food was extraordinary, the experience was amazing and the service was amazing. The chef came and explained the food and told us some jokes. He takes his food very seriously. The servant was super friendly and polite. This is called bistro but it's actually like a high end restaurant and instead of going to franchises we gonna come back for special occasions here to this cozy restaurant with super nice people and AMAZING food. Highly recommended
